Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.


Return Eligibility

Items may be eligible for return if:

  • The item was received damaged.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item contains a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Digital products
  • Downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized products
  • Custom-made products
  • Print-on-demand items unless damaged, defective, or incorrect

 


Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within:

  • 5-10 business days after processing
  • Depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by The Ink Crypt.


Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Exchange
  • Refund

at our discretion based on inventory availability.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production or fulfillment begins.

Once an order enters production, packaging, or shipment, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production starts.
